About this opportunity
For Digital Inclusion Week (October 5–11, 2026), Toronto Public Library runs free in-person and online programs for all ages on topics including coding, artificial intelligence, content creation and digital privacy. The week opens with a full-day expo featuring panels and workshops, including sessions on how AI is shaping democracy. Separate program streams are listed for adults, teens and kids, and individual sessions are booked through the library's events calendar — some require a library card and fill up quickly. This is the cheapest credible way in the city to try a new technical topic with a person in the room: every session is free, and computers are provided for many in-person classes.
