NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2027–2028

About this opportunity

NVIDIA's Graduate Fellowship Program funds PhD students doing research in areas such as AI, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, computer graphics, robotics, healthcare and high-performance computing. Awards are up to $60,000 per student for the 2027–2028 academic year. Since 2002 the program has given out over 220 grants. Applications are open worldwide. You need to have finished at least one year of doctoral study by the time you apply. Fellows must do an in-person internship at an NVIDIA research office before the fellowship year, so you need to be available in summer 2027. The application deadline is October 30, 2026. Who can take part

PhD students worldwide who have completed at least one year of doctoral study at the time of applying, researching AI, ML, autonomous vehicles, graphics, robotics, healthcare, HPC or related fields. Must be available for an in-person NVIDIA Research internship in summer 2027.
