Ontario DECA competitive events 2026–2027

About this opportunity

DECA Ontario's competitive events put students through prepared business cases judged by industry volunteers, across streams including marketing, finance, accounting, business management, entrepreneurship and hospitality. For the 2026–2027 cycle, prepared written event papers must be submitted by January 7, 2027 through DLG Judge Pro, with in-person presentations on February 5, 2027 at the Sheraton Centre in downtown Toronto. Some events — the Stock Market Game and virtual business challenges — are registered through external platforms rather than DECA Ontario directly. Entry is through your school's DECA chapter, so the first step is finding out whether your school has one and who runs it. Case competitions are one of the few ways to get judged, practised business experience before you have a job.

Students at schools with a DECA Ontario chapter; entry and registration are handled by your chapter. Some events register through external platforms.
